Plateu Villa project is a conceptual project prepared for a parcel of 1016 square meter in Niamey, the capital of Niger.

The project includes an outdoor parking lot for five cars and an outdoor swimming pool. The main entrance of the twin villas, which are designed for two families, is shared as a guest entrance, while the other two are isolated for the use of family members for privacy.

On the ground floor, there are two living rooms reserved for the use of family members, a kitchen open to the common use of the living rooms, and two stairs. For guests, there is a large hall with a dining area located in front of the main entrance, and a staircase leading to a second guest hall connected to the gallery space.

On the first floor, in the apartments designed disconnected from each other; There is one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and balcony, two children's rooms and one shared bathroom each. There is also a guest lounge with a gallery, which can only be accessed from the guest entrance.

On the second floor, there are a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room, living room and balcony, a large living room with kitchen and 180 square meters terrace. 

It is aimed to achieve a stylish and modern appearance by using ceramic coating, profile and paint on the facade of the building, which has a reinforced concrete structure and gray color, wood and marble patterns in the interior design.
